Founded in Edmonton, The Bra Code is a local initiative rooted in love, empowerment, and community for women in sports. We’re here to rewrite the narrative—because for too long, female athletes and women working in the sports industry have faced inequality, lack of representation, and mistreatment. It’s time for a change.

The Bra Code is about building a new standard—one where women support women, on and off the field. Through curated events, community hangouts, and meaningful collaborations, we’re creating a network of encouragement, resources, and real connection.

Inspired by the idea of “The Bro Code,” this initiative flips the script. The Bra Code is our code—a promise to uplift each other, to advocate for representation, and to champion every woman striving to break barriers in sports.
